Primary Academies across the Trust are reaching for the (Delta) Stars!
We’re thrilled to announce a series of engaging activities leading up to the launch of our exciting new framework, “Delta Stars”! Designed to enhance personal development and foster a sense of community, this program is set to light up our academies and inspire our students.
A Celestial Launch Event
In preparation for this stellar framework, our academies have been buzzing with activity! From star-themed songs in assemblies to vibrant star balloons brightening classrooms, our pupils have been eagerly anticipating the launch. Some Academies kicked off the festivities with a reveal assembly that showcased a full day off timetable, allowing pupils and staff alike to engage in a variety of fun and educational activities.
The Junior Leadership Team at Crookesbroom took the lead for their launch, orchestrating a series of events that included staff performances, star clues, and a talent show aptly named “Montagu’s Got Talent.” Large stars adorned our academies, and students participated in a countdown to the big reveal, fostering excitement and anticipation. Throughout the week, students were rewarded with Star Badges for their participation, culminating in our thrilling Delta Stars afternoon.
